We are certified organization and deliver a wide range of special & alloy steel as per BS/EN, IS, JIS, DIN, SAE/AISI/ASTM, GOST standard and as per the customer’s requirement.
We also certified with ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ensure all procedures, work instruction, documents and records allied as per standard.

Quality Check Facility
- 100 % Visual inspection
- Ultrasonic Inspection (Tested by ASNT Level - 2 Qualified inspector)
- Portable XRF equipment is used for grade confirmation
- Unique Heat number, grade, size & colour code and screening being done of each bundle for traceability
- Spark & Spectral Testing (To elimination of material mix-up)
- Check dimensions with gauges (Length, Width, Thickness and Edge Radius)
- Checks – Bend, Surface Pilling, Crack, Piping, Lining, Distortion, Refectory, Overlapping etc.
Quality Laboratory Facility
- Inverted Microscope with image analysing system (Magnification 500 x max.)
- Latest Spectrometer (Make – GNR)
- Jominy end Quench Test
